Public Offer for Services on the DiGene.co Website

General Provisions:
1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter - the "Offer") and contains the terms of providing services using the DiGene.co website (hereinafter - the "Site").

1.2. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Offer at any time without prior notice to Users. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site. Further use of the Site after changes have been made means the User agrees to these changes.

Description of Services:
2.1. The Site provides Users with the ability to upload voice prompts of people and describe their character for further simulation of a real conversation with these people (hereinafter - the "Services").

2.2. A prompt is an audio file containing a digital sample of a voice, which the system (the Site) uses for imitation in voice responses when communicating with the User of the Site.

2.3. By uploading voice prompts, the User understands and agrees that the system simulates a conversation using this voice and is not a live interlocutor.

Registration and Account:
3.1. To access the Services, the User must register on the Site and create an account using a Google Account.

3.2. Authorization on the Site is carried out through a Google Account, and the Site owners reserve the right to store this Google email indefinitely and use it for communication with the User, including advertising mailings.

3.3. The User agrees to the possibility of their email being transferred to third parties for communication and marketing purposes.

3.4. The User agrees to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.

Use of Services:
4.1. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

4.2. Copying, storing, distributing, and any other use of voice prompts for fraudulent or other illegal purposes is prohibited.

4.3. The User is fully responsible for any actions taken using their account.

4.4. The Site Administration reserves the right to terminate the provision of Services to the User in case of violation of the terms of this Offer.

Intellectual Property:
5.1. All content on our website, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright law.

Limitation of Liability:
6.1. The Site Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the Services, except as provided by law.

6.2. The Site Administration does not guarantee that the Services will meet the User's requirements or will be provided continuously, without errors, and securely.

6.3. The Site Administration is not responsible for possible cases of fraudulent use of voice prompts uploaded by the User.

Privacy and Data Protection:
7.1. The Site Administration is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of Users' personal data in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

7.2. The use of Users' email addresses for advertising mailings is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Final Provisions:
8.1. This Offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

8.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ukraine.

8.3. If any provision of this Offer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
